Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We recommend exchanges to get the right fit. All exchanges are based on available inventory.

Final Sale

All sales are final on:

  • Discounted items
  • Limited or seasonal releases
  • Worn or washed items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Custom Apparel and Magnets

Because these items are made to order and customized, we do not accept refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us at hello@pressedproperco.com.
